This month’s issue includes a protocol for building incubators for use in observing development.
The protocol comes from a set submitted by Paul Kulesa’s group at the Stowers Institute. Others in this set give methods for high resolution confocal time lapse imaging of avian development, and sagittal explant cultures for observation of peripheral nervous system development.
